The TOR winemaking team focuses on making handcrafted single-vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon and Chardonnay wines, cuvées and Bordeaux blends from some of the best vineyard sites throughout Napa. Each wine is handmade and bottled in a very small quantity. This allows for minimal manipulation and preserves a sense of place and time within each single vineyard wine. TOR Cabernets are bold, ripe, rich with fruit, and beautifully integrated tannins – everything you should want and expect from a Napa Cab. These wines are very approachable in youth, yet cellar worthy and will age like a Bordeaux with evolving complexity.
