Following in our tradition of crafting outstanding Cabernet, we welcome an exciting foray into Pinot Noir! With a beautiful salmon pink hue, distinctive floral aromas and strawberry undertones, this wine makes for a wonderful summer sipper. Six months of barrel aging impart a weight that balances the natural acidity. This Ros� is a mix of traditional and novel methods, with 6 months ageing in neutral French Oak barrels, and we are excited to introduce it to you!
